In case you missed the info, the carrier (Chronopost, to name them) lost the 4 parcels containing all the booklets / stickers / postcard etc to be inserted in the Daitro LPs.
Since 3 months, they’re telling me they’re looking for them, give me a date when they’re supposed to call me to let me know where they are but when they do so, they tell me they need to do further investigations. Again and again.
As long as the parcels are not labelled as “lost” I can’t fill any claim to get some money back.
Anyway, we decided to reprint and reassemble everything while we deal with the lost parcels and try to get refund
Due to these unexpected circumstances the release has been delayed and preorders probably won’t ship before late January / early February
